Information from Winchester City Council :-
Signage for the new and amended residents parking zones in Highcliffe are currently being installed and the remaining lining work will be undertaken next week [w/c 8/6/20]. Once the site works have been completed letters will be sent to residents of the new zones inviting them to apply for permits. We anticipate that the scheme will be live on 1st August. Please note that we will not be undertaking any enforcement until after the 1st August.
